Free cancellation up to 15 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.

In case you need to cancel your stay, you have two options:

1. Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival

• 100% Credit: You can receive a credit for 100% of the amounts already paid. This credit can be used within 12 months from the initially scheduled arrival date.
• Refund: Alternatively, you can opt for a refund of your payments, less a 3% transaction fee.

2. Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival

• Only the cleaning fees and tourist tax are refundable. Other amounts paid are non-refundable.

Exception: Government Restrictions due to COVID-19

• In case of cancellation due to government restrictions, the notification period is reduced to 7 days before arrival. The same options for a refund or credit apply.
