Just steps from the tramway, our apartment, blending Art Deco style with current trends, is located between the SNCF Train Station and the vibrant Marché de la Libération, promising lively mornings and peaceful evenings. You'll be just 5 minutes from the beach and the picturesque Old Nice by tram, or, if you prefer a walk, 15-20 minutes on foot.
The bright living space is an open and welcoming area, combining a living room and kitchen, designed to make you feel at home upon arrival. The living room is equipped for your relaxation moments, with a cozy sofa bed, an inviting armchair, and a smart TV connected for your movie nights.
The kitchen, elegantly decorated with wood and quartz, is equipped with everything needed to cook local delicacies, featuring a central island perfect for sharing convivial moments. Equipped with an oven, a microwave, an induction hob with extractor hood, a sink incorporating a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer, it is perfect for meals with family or friends.
The first bedroom offers a haven of peace with its 160 cm queen-size bed, flanked by two bedside tables and benefiting from suspended ambient lighting, as well as direct access to a private shower room, ensuring privacy and comfort, complemented by a wardrobe.
