The modern kitchen is fully functional, thanks to its many high-quality appliances. Equipped with a multifunctional microwave oven, an induction hob, and offering numerous storage spaces, it is ideal for preparing meals. Enjoy a complete breakfast with a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and Espresso machine. The dining area consists of a table, chairs, and contemporary wooden stools.

The spacious living room, bathed in natural light, is furnished with a dining table and four chairs matching those in the kitchen, a sideboard, and a comfortable sitting area with an olive green sofa and two elegant armchairs. The entire living room gradually immerses you in the ambiance of the day thanks to its exposure. Before going upstairs, you will find a first toilet and a laundry room.

For your comfort, we provide household linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels). By default, only one double bed is prepared for every group of two people. If you would like additional beds available in the accommodation to be made upon your arrival, a fee of €20 per bed must be paid in advance.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we provide a few essential welcome items: shower gel/shampoo, toilet paper, as well as a few coffee pods, tea bags, and basic condiments to help you start your stay off right.
