Welcome to our superb renovated industrial duplex, nestled in the heart of Avignon's historical heritage. Located on the 2nd floor of a building ideally placed between the majestic Palais des Papes and the shopping street Joseph Vernet, this elegant apartment we have renovated is the perfect destination to discover Provence.

Upon entering, you will be charmed by the clever blend of industrial style and typical Provencal architecture. A spacious living room welcomes you, enhanced by a comfortable sofa bed and a wooden and metal coffee table, facing a television for your relaxing evenings. Two air coolers are also at your disposal. The adjoining bathroom offers an Italian shower under a slightly low ceiling (1.90m), as well as a double basin for more convenience. The toilet is on the ground floor.
